Physical products — change of mind
For eligible physical products purchased online, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the applicable legal time limit.
Return shipping costs
If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, the direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.
Condition of returned products
You may inspect a product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary and this reduces its value, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund where permitted by law.
Refunds
Where applicable, we may wait until we receive the returned goods, or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, before issuing the refund.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Where required by law, the standard delivery cost paid for the original order is included in the refund. If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or does not conform to its description, please contact us with your order details and, where useful, photographs of the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Digital products
Digital products, including printable and editable labels, are supplied differently from physical goods.
Where you expressly request immediate access to a digital product before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once digital delivery begins, and we provide confirmation of that agreement, the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right no longer applies once access or downloading has started.
In those circumstances, refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the file, purchased it by mistake, or do not like the design after digital delivery has started.
This does not affect your legal rights if the digital product is defective, inaccessible, materially different from its description or otherwise not supplied in conformity with applicable consumer law.
